Due to buyers failing to send deposits or sending them in an untimely manner, we have decided it is necessary to enforce our deposit policy, Please read carefully the "Deposit Policy" below before sending us deposits on puppies. If there is something you do not understand, please feel free to send us an email, or call and ask us.
We try to be fair with everyone.
YOU MUST SPEAK WITH US BEFORE SENDING ANY DEPOSIT
As is standard throughout the dog industry, Deposits are non-refundable.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
This is to insure that both the buyer and the seller are protected during the sale of the puppy for which the deposit is being given. Deposits are placed by you for securing your choice for a pup or dog you wish to purchase from von der burg Rubin German Shepherds. Your timely deposit will secure the next available puppy pick from our upcoming litter(s). Your deposit prevents this puppy from being sold to another buyer. If you are not positive about sending a deposit, or your housing situation for bringing a pup into your home is unsure at this time; you may want to consider waiting until everything is right ... in the best interest of you and your new puppy.
When you verbally confirm with us that you are sending your deposit, (Must be sent via Fedex or UPS over night or next day service), PERSONAL CHECK OR WESTERN UNION, we then tentatively reserve the puppy for 48 hours, allowing for holidays and weekends during this reservation period. During this 48 hour period, availability of said pup is removed from access to other buyers, with the understanding that the deposit is to be received by our facility within this time allotment.
If your deposit has not arrived within the 48 hour time period, the puppy will be then released for sale to other buyers. This means that if another client sends in their deposit within the 48 hour time period, their deposit is documented prior to your deposit being received within the reserved time frame, they are ahead of you in pick # choice for a puppy in designated litter. This is why we give you the option of wiring funds via western union whereby your deposit immediately secures you a puppy.
The above policy is standard for our kennel, unless prior arrangements are made and documented in writing...
It is understood by both parties that if puppies are born from an expected litter, it is also expected that the puppy will be purchased and fully paid for by you, the buyer, according to our payment policies.
In cases of default on a puppy by the purchaser, deposit and monies paid are forfeited by the purchaser.
